How to Verify and Claim Your Directory Listing

Southwest Colorado Cares (SWCC) is collaborating with 211 Colorado to create a comprehensive directory of resources for residents of Southwest Colorado including Archuleta, Dolores, La Plata, Montezuma, and San Juan Counties.

If your organization is already listed in 211…
You can easily verify and update your directory listing with us. To do so, simply contact us. (You can also find your listing in the Resource Directory and click on the “Claim This Listing” button on your directory listing.)

We’ll respond to verify your updates and share them with 211 Colorado so your information is updated in both places. And if you update your 211 listing directly with 211 Colorado, we’ll receive your updates, too.

If your organization is not listed in 211…
If your organization is eligible to be included in 211 Colorado, we can help you submit your information to them and it will automatically be included in the SWCC directory as well. Contact us and we’ll respond shortly.

If you’re not eligible or don’t want to be included in 211, we would be happy to speak with you about creating a listing in the SWCC Resource Directory. Any organization that supports the health and wellbeing of Southwest Colorado residents may participate by agreeing to observe the shared values and commitments outlined in the SWCC Community Charter.
