Individuals must:

• Be aged 18 -59, or aged 18 and younger if blind
• Be unable to work for at least six months due to a physical or mental disability
• Have resources that are less than $2,000/month for an individual, or $3,000/month for a couple
• Be a legal Colorado resident or eligible alien
