- Have a household income of less than $75,000 per year
- Be participating in a work-related activity, including:
- Full-time employment
- Part-time employment
- Community service
- Education programs
- Job skills training program
- Job readiness program
- Job search
Applicants aged 18 and younger must attend high school or a GED program and live with their parents or another approved adult.
