Eligibility
For breast services, individuals must be aged 40 - 65 years and one of the following:
- A woman
- A transgender woman who has taken or is taking hormones related to gender transition
- A transgender man who has not had a bilateral mastectomy
- A nonbinary individual
For cervical services, individuals must be aged 21 - 65 years and have a cervix.
For heart exams, individuals must be aged 35 - 65 years and meet all other eligibility requirements for breast or cervical services.
